Responsibilities
- Managing client launches from first contact to launch.
- Understanding client needs, ensuring timely pre-sale of the necessary products and services;
- Full client support at all stages of onboarding
- Interaction with the Compliance Department
- Opening bank accounts in different jurisdictions
- Building trusting relationships with clients;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with the client;
- Managing financial indicators;
Requirements:
- Experience in payment companies (high risk)
- Business communication skills
- Multitasking: it is important to be able to work with several clients at the same time;
- Responsibility, time management and meeting deadlines;
- Basic sales skills
- Russian - native language, English is an advantage
Working hours: 10 00 AM to 19 00 UTC +3
